Use over wood, concrete, hardboard or lining felt.
For use with all types of carpeting backed with sponge, high density foam, latex, duragen, needle punched, jute or polypropylene.
Also excellent for pure vinyl, vinyl asbestos, asphalt, cork, and rubber tiles as well as linoleum, asbestos and felt backed sheet goods.
