Bare bronze.
K-T bronze wire possesses characteristics and properties that simplify welding operation and insures strong, lasting welds.
Used extensively for brazing steel and cast iron.
Penetrates deeply into cracks and seems, building a sound, nonporous deposit for weld metal.
Low fuming bronze is used for strong color matching joints in iron and steel and for bearing surfaces.
It does require flux.
