Hand held wand is a mechanical device used to activated the Upside Down marking paints on any kind of surface.
Typical applications may be: blocking out of existing stripes or markings, free-hand lines, marks or decorating, stenciling, etc.
This wand may prove to be handy where the use of Kryliner striping machine with striping paint may not be practical.
